Job Description:  We are hiring dynamic and motivated Affiliate Recruiters to join our team. As an Affiliate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top talent for our clients. You will leverage your network and resources to identify potential candidates and facilitate their placement in suitable positions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Engage with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and experiences.
• Screen and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific job opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate the interview process.
• Negotiate job offers and terms of employment on behalf of candidates.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: This position offers a commission-based salary structure. The annual monthly net salary for candidates will be paid to recruiters on roles successfully closed.
