Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and

market research.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in

target companies.

3. Conduct needs assessments and consultative sales conversations to understand clients' HR

outsourcing needs and pain points.

4. Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements and

demonstrate the value of our services.

5. Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, negotiating contracts and

terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify

opportunities for business growth and innovation.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, reporting on sales activities and performance

metrics regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any related field.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good track record in outsourcing and client acquisition in the Oil and Gas/Energy,
  • FMCG, and Financial services
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR Consulting company with outsourcinG experience
