Job Summary
Our client, a real estate company, located in Lagos, is hiring a Sales Executive/ Marketer.
Responsibilities:
To expand Agency’s products and services by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships to further financial achievement.
Develop a targeted long term new ideas and business strategy for prospects and existing clients.
Prospects and identifies potential new business opportunities, partnerships, sponsorship, and other associations and ultimately converts them into clients that will continue to grow business in future.
Set up business meetings between client’s decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals.
Working closely with the agency team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
Conduct and analyze brand research/survey, their findings to understand prospects/clients and its market opportunities for business.
This role is target driven, focused and results oriented with a track record of knowledge of potential corporate individuals and organizations to approach during the job function execution.
Required Competencies/ Person Specification
Job function is office-based, travel within the working days is frequent as you'll be expected to visit clients in and outside of our office location across Nigeria and beyond. Traveling to the inter-state for work is occasionally required.
Be Passionate about ensuring world-class customer service to clients.
Ability to think high-level about agency products, strategies and vision.
Proficient with MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Desire and ability to contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions/meetings.
Creative know-how, CorelDraw/Photoshop skills are a plus.
Salary: N100k plus commission
