Job Title: Commercial Account Officer

Reports to: RM, Branch Banking

Locations: Kano, Gombe, Taraba, Port Harcourt

Job Summary

Our client, a leading commercial bank, is hiring an Account Officer. The ideal candidate will oversee the banks retail products and services in order to establish, develop and maintain relationships with retail customers located in the target market.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Market products and services to customers and prospects

• Identify / establish new customer relationships

• Pay regular visits and make calls to prospective customers with a view to establishing good relationships with them

• Identify customer needs and proactively seek to provide products and services to meet their anticipated needs

• Sell the banks retail products and services

• Implement efficient and effective customer acquisition strategies

• Assist in preparing Management reports

• Identify customer issues or concerns through knowledge of their business

• Perform other duties as assigned by the RM

KPI

• Customer growth rate

• Business volume growth rate on deposits, loans and fees

• Revenue growth

• Quality of report

• Customer satisfaction levels via number of referrals given, customer survey ratings and other feedbacks

• Product sign on rate

• Cross selling sign on rate

Qualifications/Requirements

• Excellent customer relationship development/management

• Basic Banking Operations ( Domestic & International Operations)

• Products Knowledge

Salary: 10 million- 14 million per annum gross
