Salary
N180,000 - 200,000 Monthly.
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, team coordination, and operational support, with the ability to implement efficient processes that drive productivity in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and ensure that systems and processes are running smoothly.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely ordering and stock control.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Oversee and maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and maintaining office expenses within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support the recruitment process and assist in managing personnel records.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and administrative tools.
- Experience in office management, facilities management, and handling office supplies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the workplace.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
