Job Title: Assistant Admin Manager (Manufacturing)

Salary
N180,000 - 200,000 Monthly.

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, team coordination, and operational support, with the ability to implement efficient processes that drive productivity in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations and ensure that systems and processes are running smoothly.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely ordering and stock control.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Oversee and maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and maintaining office expenses within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support the recruitment process and assist in managing personnel records.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and administrative tools.
  • Experience in office management, facilities management, and handling office supplies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
