We are seeking a highly driven , motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive. As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in sales, business development and achieving revenue targets of the business. You will work closely with the team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand our customer base and market reach. Your expertise in  sales will contribute the overall success of our business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Develop strong client relationships and provide customized solutions.
  • Negotiate and close profitable sales deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates.
  • Attending industry events to promote our products/services

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal and external teams to meet sales targets and share insights.
  • Collaborate and engage with teams and customers to understand satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors/masters degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven sales experience (5+ years), preferably in the financial technology industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel.

Salary - N500,000 - N650,000 PM
