Job Description:
A Business Development Officer in a consulting firm is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive company growth. Key duties include:
Market Research & Strategy: Conducting market analysis to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities in the consulting industry.
Lead Generation & Networking: Building relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Proposal Development: Preparing and presenting compelling proposals, RFPs (requests for proposals), and pitches to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Managing ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaboration: Working closely with consulting teams to align client needs with the firm's services.
Sales & Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the firm's revenue growth.
Qualifications:
HND/BSC in any relevant studies
2-5 Years of experience in HR Consulting, Insurance, or any other related services
Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
A strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
Knowledge of the consulting industry and market trends.
