Our client, a leading Oil and Gas service company, is seeking to hire qualified candidates, design engineers, to fill the below position

Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have core experience in electrical design and consultancy, with a strong background in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop electrical systems for oil and gas projects, including power distribution, control systems, and electrical infrastructure

- Provide electrical design consultancy services to clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, mechanical engineering, and operations

- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and inform electrical design decisions

- Develop and maintain electrical design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and consultancy, with a focus on oil and gas projects

- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, including power systems, control systems, and electrical safety

- Proficiency in electrical design software

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams
