Role Purpose

The Commercial Sales & Channel Lead will be responsible for driving sales performance and market expansion through a robust multi-channel strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute plans that strengthen the companys presence across retail, school, and e-commerce channels while ensuring revenue growth and strategic alignment with the organizations goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual sales and channel development plan.
  • Secure, maintain, and expand strategic partnerships across retail, schools, and online platforms.
  • Oversee sell-in, sell-through, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics while identifying new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in channel management or commercial leadership, preferably within FMCG or education sectors.
  • Proven ability in sales strategy development, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Experience managing distributors and sales teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
