Job Responsibilities

Manage helpdesk and provide first level technical assistance to staff in line with predefined policies and procedures
Maintain the network infrastructure of the organization
Oversee the performance of a wide range of network administration duties,including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, and general support for Routers, Switches, Servers, Access Points, Printers and general
network-enabled devices.
Ensure the setup and maintenance of employee's telephone system, active directory accounts, exchange mailboxes, remote access security, network file storage and other appropriate systems.
Ensure that backups of all server data are being performed as stated in the Standard Operating Procedures.
Oversee the rebuilding of network components when necessary because of network crash or failure
Oversee the regular update network configurations Oversee Antivirus protection for all computers and servers on the network Make technology recommendations of what hardware/software is needed at the server and user levels
Oversee the effective management of new/existing user accounts for the internal network domain
Oversee the patch management process for all servers and workstations 

Manage all IT related licensing contracts with our software vendor 

Provide all other maintenance coordination and support as needed.

Ensure after‐hours support for technical issues are provided, as needed. Ensure training are provided to users as it relates to IT services and equipment.
Coordinate with the rest of the team to meet the team's objectives.

Ensure the creation and maintenance of documentations for all processes and procedures.
Oversee the management and troubleshooting of network and
internet connectivity throughout the organization
Ensure proactive monitoring of all network devices, services, and servers using a combination of tools to ensure high availability
Recommend new technology that benefits the employees of the
organization

Ensure periodic activity reports are prepared for the Head, Information Technology

Requirements

First degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic or related discipline,
Professional Certifications in CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, ITIL
V4 Foundation or equivalents
Minimum of 10 years experience job -relevant
experience in similar industry
