Job Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for assigned FMCG brands. The role focuses on driving brand growth, improving market share, and enhancing customer engagement while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage brand communication, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Oversee packaging, pricing, and positioning strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare periodic brand performance reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure timely execution of brand initiatives and projects.
  • Travel as required to support brand activities and market expansion efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, consumer insights, and brand positioning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
  • Must be willing and available to travel.
