About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive (Intern) to support our client acquisition and business development efforts within the HR consulting space. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship management in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients for HR consulting services.
  • Support outbound client acquisition through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Help prepare sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update lead and client records using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to support conversion and retention.
  • Conduct market and industry research to understand client needs and HR trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, leads, and engagement progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
