Job Title: Strategy and Execution Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation and execution of the companys corporate strategy, including long-term vision, growth initiatives, and market expansion plans.
  • Develop, manage and report the execution and delivery of all strategic projects across the organization.
  • Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross- department collaboration.
  • Identify and address challenges or gaps in execution processes.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensures execution of strategic projects, including the ongoing sugar refinery and backward integration projects, as well as the new plant expansion.
  • Standardizes project governance, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
  • Manages S&OP governance, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and supply chain execution.
  • Lead the implementation of corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and KPIs to track execution progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to drive strategic initiatives. Conduct regular reviews to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
    • First Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any other related discipline.
    • Masters degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences and other related discipline is an added advantage.
    • Relevant Professional certification
    • e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma or Lean Management, Certified Strategy Professional (CSP), etc. will be an added advantage
    Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in an FMCG industry
