About the job Category Manager-Carbonated Soft Drink (Lagos)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, enduring and profitable relationship with distributors and consumers within coverage area.
Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for the Carbonated Soft Drink segment aligned with
overall business goals.
Conduct annual and quarterly business planning for portfolio growth, pricing, promotions, and trade channels.
Identify opportunities for category expansion, innovation, and new product development.
Continuously track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the Carbonated Soft
Drink market.
Analyze sales data, market share reports, and insights to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
Job Requirements:
First degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
Masters or Professional certification in Category Management will be an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with at least 3 years in senior management level in assigned Category.
Experience in FMCG industry especially in Carbonated Soft Drink market is required
