Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion
* Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
* Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
* Assist in managing project documentation and compliance requirements
* Support cost tracking and basic project budgeting activities
* Participate in site inspections and project review meetings
* Identify and escalate project risks or delays promptly

Requirements:
*First degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field
*1–3 years relevant experience in construction or project coordination
*Strong organizational and communication skills
*Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
*Basic understanding of construction/project management processes
*Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project is an advantage)
