The Position

We are currently seeking a talented Operations Support to join the Managed Service (Fulfillment) Department. This position will work closely with the Project Manager to fulfill requirements set by our key clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of delivering and sustaining the highest quality service to our clients.

Who you are and whom were seeking:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Min. 1 years of working experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experienced in MS office, etc.
  • Experience in Recruitment, HR background and/or a start-up would be highly desirable.

Things you need to fulfill as a Operations Support:

  • Monitor workforce fulfillment funnels (onsite).
  • Control the on-ground time attendance process by coordinating with the office team to ensure that all workers are paid correctly and are happy working with Workmate.
  • Be the main point of contact on day to day activities for the client, solving problems on the ground and escalating them to the team whenever support is needed.
  • Maintain the performance in fulfillment rate, client satisfaction and cost effectiveness of the accounts.
  • Be responsible for monthly updates on the teams performance to the Project Manager.
  • Any other assignment from the Project manager.
