The Position

We are currently seeking a talented Supervisor to join the Managed Service (Fulfillment) Department. This position will work closely with the Project Manager and Operations Support to support workers on the ground with process/platform issues. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of delivering and sustaining the highest quality service to our clients.

Who you are and whom we’re seeking:

• You are detailed and an organizer. In both your professional and personal life you are the person at the center of organizing things. You know the best ways to do things, but are not super rigid where your mind breaks if a C doesn’t follow A and B.
• You are a multi-tasker. You felt the exhilaration of fast paced, dynamic work. You are able to juggle multiple implementation projects at the same time without dropping any balls. No one needs to chase you for updates, you are on top of your stuff.
• You love to analyze data yet be adventurous. You can do data processing in excel, meanwhile enjoying field visits and interacting with people, networking with community resources, and building relationships.
• Domicile around Jakarta, ID

Things you may do as Supervisor on the Ground

• Technical Support regarding application from worker or clients

• Directly monitor worker attendances, shifting, and handle on ground issues

• Fulfilling client’s request according to SLA and requirement they need

• Ensures effective overall data administration

• Undertakes any secondary tasking and responsibilities deemed necessary for an operational process in Workmate

• Working in shift and weekend if needed
