Regional Service Procurement

Job Summary:

Procure goods/materials procurement in the Southeast Asia region under the supervision of Regional

Strategic Supply Chain Management. Completing service agreement/PO, records and statistics as per applicable procurement policy.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for service procurement on AMOS system operation, online procurement, submission, and audit.
• To create services Purchase Order/Service Order/Agreement/Contract, and responsible for records and statistics.
• Complete procurement work as per applicable procurement policy
• Complete goods/materials Contract Risk Evaluation for non‐standard agreement/contract.
• Complete other work assigned by Procurement manager and Process Control Manager.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Education: Minimum bachelors degree
• Work experience: minimum 2 years
• Working knowledge in supply chain management or purchasing or business or economics or logistics
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Others: Excellent with Microsoft Word, excel, and PowerPoint.
