Qualities We Are Seeking:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Active listening skills and strong comprehension
• Empathy and professionalism in all interactions, creating a positive experience for candidates, clients, and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with content creation tools.
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting organizational needs.
• Proven experience in either training or recruitment, with a commitment to mastering the other.
