Talent Acquisition Business Partner (IT Specialist)

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (IT Specialist) will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles. This includes sourcing, conducting technical assessments, managing interviews, collaborating with clients, and overseeing candidate verifications. In addition to recruitment, the role also involves internal HR operations, ensuring the authenticity of talent, and leveraging AI tools for an efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Sourcing:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including defining job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and specialized platforms like GitHub and Stack Overflow, to identify and attract top IT talent
  • Develop targeted strategies to engage active and passive candidates, building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to align recruitment efforts with job requirements and organizational goals, continuously optimizing sourcing methods for efficiency.

Technical Assessments & Tools:

  • Develop and conduct technical assessments, including coding challenges, live problem-solving tests, and interviews tailored to specific IT roles.
  • Use HackerRank, Codility and or similar platforms to efficiently evaluate technical competencies.
  • Stay updated on technical trends and ensure assessments align with the evolving IT landscape.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools enhance recruitment process.

Verification Expertise:

  • Validate candidate credentials through a detailed verification process, including employment history, education, certifications, and references to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Maintain internal verification protocols to ensure accurate and efficient candidate validation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally in a recruitment agency or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools support recruitment activities.
  • Familiarity with IT roles and technologies such as Python, Kubernetes, AWS, AI/ML, or DevOps, along with the ability to utilize AI tools to stay informed about industry advancements and trends
  • Exposure to candidate verification processes, including working with third-party verification agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required, certifications in HR is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Campus Hiring and or HR Operations would be added advantage
