Position Summary
The Candidate and Client Success Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly and communication remains consistent throughout the placement or employment lifecycle. This position monitors attendance, provides daily updates, maintains accurate records, and works under the supervision of the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and candidates.
  • Communicate with clients and candidates daily through email, phone, messaging platforms, or other approved channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, requests, and complaints.
  • Investigate issues, coordinate solutions, and escalate urgent or unresolved concerns to the Director of Operations.
  • Monitor candidate attendance, punctuality, absences, and schedule adherence.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding late arrivals, absences, missed shifts, and other attendance-related concerns.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely attendance and performance updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications, attendance, concerns, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist candidates with onboarding, schedules, workplace expectations, and general work-related questions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate candidate satisfaction, engagement, and performance.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify potential concerns early and take proactive steps to prevent disruptions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and candidate needs are addressed.
  • Follow company procedures regarding confidentiality, documentation, communication, and issue escalation.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, client success, recruitment, staffing, human resources, or operations is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple clients, candidates, and concerns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Proficient in email, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and workplace productivity tools.
  • Able to work independently while under the supervision of the Director of Operations.
  • Willing and able to respond to time-sensitive attendance or operational concerns.
