AI Architectural Visualization Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Architectural Visualization Specialist to create high-quality, realistic visual concepts for residential real estate development projects.

This role is focused on using AI rendering and visualization tools to help market and sell homes before construction is complete. The ideal candidate should understand architecture, interiors, materials, lighting, and visual presentation, and be able to turn floor plans, reference images, sketches, or design direction into polished visual concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic AI-generated interior and exterior architectural visuals for residential projects

• Use AI rendering tools to generate design concepts, marketing visuals, and presentation-ready images

• Work from floor plans, architectural drawings, sketches, reference images, and design instructions

• Develop interior design concepts, including kitchens, cabinetry, flooring, siding, colors, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes

• Create multiple design options when needed and refine visuals based on client feedback

• Maintain consistency across visuals, including style, materials, layout, and overall design direction

• Polish and improve AI-generated images so they are clean, realistic, and suitable for marketing use

• Communicate clearly in English and provide regular project updates

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing AI-generated architectural or interior design visuals

• Experience using AI rendering or image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Veras, LookX, Rendair AI, or similar

• Strong understanding of residential architecture, interior design, materials, lighting, and visual composition

• Ability to interpret floor plans, architectural drawings, sketches, and reference images

• Strong prompt-writing skills and ability to control style, realism, materials, and design details

• Ability to refine AI outputs and correct visual issues using editing or design tools

• Good eye for modern residential design, kitchen layouts, color palettes, textures, and finish selections

• Basic graphic design or presentation skills

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with real estate development, home sales, or pre-construction marketing visuals

• Experience combining AI tools with SketchUp, Photoshop, Canva, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or other design software

• Ability to create consistent visual styles across multiple rooms, elevations, or property concepts

• Experience creating before-and-after concepts, staging visuals, or renovation design concepts

Project Test

Candidates may be asked to complete a short project test to demonstrate AI rendering quality, design judgment, attention to detail, ability to follow direction, and overall visual style.
