We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Design & Drafting Specialist to assist our client with ongoing interior, technical, and structural drafting needs. The position requires strong AutoCAD expertise, the ability to produce accurate 3D models, and the skill to revise and enhance existing plans. The ideal candidate should be dependable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality technical drawings and visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create precise AutoCAD drawings for interior and technical layouts.

· Produce realistic, high-quality 3D renderings using professional software such as Revit, BIM tools, or similar.

· Modify, refine, and update existing plans to meet project requirements and maintain accuracy.

· Develop detailed lighting layouts, including fixture placement and related design elements.

· Draft comprehensive plumbing layouts, including fixture locations and routing paths.

· Design landscape layouts based on provided concepts and design directions.

· Interpret project notes and concepts from clients and convert them into clean, professional drawings.

· Build presentation booklets or visual design packages when needed.

· Ensure all drawings accurately incorporate construction limitations and fundamental technical requirements, such as wall thickness and structural considerations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Strong AutoCAD drafting experience.

· Demonstrated ability to create high-quality 3D models and renderings using professional software such as Revit or BIM tools.

· Experience producing lighting, plumbing, and ceiling layout plans.

· Understanding of basic construction principles and technical constraints.

· Ability to follow instructions and transform sketches, concepts, and markups into refined technical drawings.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Dependable and able to meet deadlines.

· Background in architecture, engineering, interior design drafting, or related technical fields.

· Experience preparing technical drawing packages or design documentation.
