Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 per annum

Job Summary: We seek an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our client's team. This is an on-site position where the successful candidate will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our already excellent company culture. The HR Manager will oversee payroll functions and implement HR policies that support the well-being and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment and maintain our excellent company culture.
- Conduct regular employee reviews and manage employee relations.
- Organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- PHR, SHRM-CP, Masters Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all company levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
