The Carpenter position involves working under the supervision of a foreman or superintendent to perform various tasks related to construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. Carpenters are responsible for using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install building materials according to project specifications and building codes

warehouse workers: to include washing/cleaning warehouses, grading potatoes, seed cutting, skid steer operator, general hand labor. Basic Hand labor to help team members with experience such as, cleaning/unloading grain bins, loading of potato trucks to include piler operators and grading. Yard maintenance, to include mowing, trimming, painting, light carpenter skills.

skill set varies from operation of planting and harvesting equipment, combines, dozers, scrapers, excavators, large 4wd tractors, sprayers, semis, triaxles, lowboys to lawn mowers, and cutting/baying of hay. New hires are not expected to plant/harvest, and run heavy equipment, but will be trained from the bottom up depending on their skill set. We try to let those that are capable move up the ladder.
