 Job Description:

LATAM Partners is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support for a Washington-based company while working from our offices in Guadalajara. The role involves a versatile range of responsibilities, including administrative, organizational, and project management tasks. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and capable of managing diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.



Role and Responsibilities:


Scheduling and Organization
: Create and maintain calendars for meetings and events, ensuring priorities are met.

Project Management: Coordinate schedules and communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Client Support: Handle client communications, follow-up tasks, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Marketing Support: Assist with tasks such as social media management, email marketing, and content creation.

Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as data entry, file organization, and research.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality, ensuring trust and compliance.

Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and other documents to support operations.

Call Screening: Manage incoming calls, deliver messages, and respond to inquiries.

Form Preparation: Create forms such as purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts.



Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in Mexico, supporting upper management or executive-level roles.

Proficiency in office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software systems.

Strong time-management skills and ability to organize multiple concurrent projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Flexible team player, willing to adapt to challenges.

Desired English Level: A2-B1 to effectively communicate with the Washington-based team and clients.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
