CFO 250K (prefer IPO experience)

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation process ensuring the results are complete and accurate and delivered timely.
• Review accounting reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation process, provide guidance to subsidiaries.
• Provide support for the company's quarterly reporting requirements.
• To make account closing done correctly and good account control.
• Prepare monthly management reports, analysis and communication of month end results, and recommendation of corresponding actions.
• Manage group cash flow for day to day and forecast budgeting cash flow.
• To coordinate with other departments and external auditors to gather all relevant information or knowledge to set up a detailed plan of working (for all team members).
• Performing any other ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor'd Degree in Accounting fields.
• Has a minimun of 7 years of experience in CFO roles and background in accounting from listed companies with consolidation and have treasury experience.
• Experience in Engineering Business/Real Estate/Construction
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting and holding a CPD / CPAlicense
• At least 10 Yrs. solid experience in budget, forecast, financial analysis, finance package, GL, month-end, and year-end account closing, MNC with TFRS and IFRS knowledge
• Familiar with accounting software such as NetSuite, ACCPAC, SAP Mac5 and Mango
• Good command of English in both spoken and written
• Dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet tight deadline schedule
• Can work in a pressure environment
