- Ensure all human resources operations are carried on smoothly, effectively and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Developing and managing HR processes, overseeing recruitment and hiring, managing employee benefits programs, evaluating the performance management system, learning and organization development program.
- Developing HR strategies and providing expert professional advice to senior management on all related subjects.
- Support management and business leaders by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information and applications.
- Create and oversee the plan for learning and organization development program.
- Conduct needs assessment and develop training roadmaps in relation to the career path and required competencies for levels of employees.
- Organize and deliver practical training programs and solutions that lead to improvement of people skills and business performance.
- Keeping up to date with developments in training, researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
- Lead Knowledge management implementation and support KM initiatives.
- Developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace.
- Ensure all occupation health and safety operations are compliance with safety laws and regulations and in accordance with ISO 45001 standard.
- Overseeing the company's daily operations and identifying opportunities for improvement of safety regulations.
- Overseeing and managing safety audits, safety training sessions and creating initiatives to reduce and prevent accidents on site.
- Collaborating with management to plan and implement action to minimize workplace accidents, occupational illness, and long-term health hazards.
- Drive HR & Safety improvement projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with headquarters for effective resource planning and management on all related subjects.
- Manage and oversee operation of Human resources management, Learning and organization development, Occupational health, and safety in branch. (Cambodia and Thai)
- Other related tasks as assigned by Managing Director.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Able to travel to Cambodia
- Dynamic senior management over 10 years of comprehensive HR experience in manufacturing.
- Hand-on experience with payroll software (Tiger soft program).
- Experience in Labor-intensive business and knowledge of safety management and occupational health system are preferable.
- Pro-active attitude, service mind, able to work well under pressure and able to work many jobs at a limited time.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent supervisory and the ability to lead, plan and manage change.
- Knowledge of labor law, social security, and related laws
- Adaptable and able to rapidly changing environment.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
