About the job Area Manager (Car Dealer)
- Responsibilities Achieve an agreed profitable return on the company's investment and provide the necessary planning, coordination, and motivation of all the Branches of the Management Team through strong leadership and the application of best business practices.
- To be coordinate with MST and all Mazda dealer to deliver volume targets and ensures high standards of quality workmanship and professionalism across the business
- To Implement and Develop the used car project for Thailand ensure legal, environmental and health, and safety requirements are adhered to by all while ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles, and property
- Sets strategic direction for the business in line with the overall strategic direction
Develop operating strategies for all branch operations to:
- Develops marketing strategies for the branches and becomes involved in its implementation
- Ensures the effective processes, policies, systems, and processes are in place providing consistency across all branches Implements and achieves Sales targets/ KPIs and tactical sales initiatives and plans Incentive the overall performance of branch operations Monitor, and evaluate the progress of the Sales & Service plans to meet the target.
- Develops financial targets and budgets for the brand and works with branch managers to translate them into targets at the branch level.
- Monitors financial progress and takes action to meet targets agreed in the budget.
- Reporting monthly on financial performance Responsible for the SSI & CSI monthly achievement
Qualifications
- Requirements Decision Making in Customer Satisfaction Management Staff Communication, Staff Management, and Employee Counseling Strategic Negotiation and deal structuring with principals and dealers Strong team management and communication in Thai & English (written and verbal) skills
- 10 Years in Marketing and Sales preferred in the Automobile business and 5 years in a branch manager/GM position with knowledge of financial & administrative
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, especially in Marketing & Sales Management.
