CFO Experience in Manufacturing & PLC (Chonburi Based)

The CFO is the Groups top financial executive, accountable for safeguarding company's financial health and driving value creation. While the role has dotted-line oversight of Accounting, Tax, Purchasing and IT, its primary mandate is Finance: strategy, funding, cash-flow, capital structure and investor confidence. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Finance: Develop and lead the Groups short- and long-term financial strategies.Manage cash flow, working capital, debt facilities, and capital structure. 
• Lead budgeting and financial planning for subsidiaries Monitor group-wide financial performance and provide reports to CEO and board Handle relationships with banks, investors, and SET/SEC regulators Accounting & Tax Ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements (TFRS/IFRS) 
• Oversee monthly/year-end closing and internal controls across the group Lead tax planning and optimization for corporate income tax, VAT, BOI privileges Ensure statutory compliance and prepare for annual audits 
• Purchasing : Approve group-wide procurement policies and monitor purchasing budgets Support negotiations for supplier terms and cost control 

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business  or similar professional qualification preferred 
• 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles 
• At least 5 years as CFO or Finance Director in a multi-entity group in Manufacturing Strong experience in fundraising, budgeting, and financial controls 
• Solid understanding of Thai tax regulations and BOI incentive 
• Proficient in English (business and reporting level)
