Role
The HRBP Manager will serve as a strategic partner to share service business leaders, driving HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role involves talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and implementing HR strategies to enhance workforce effectiveness in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and provide HR policy guidance.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement talent retention strategies tailored to the manufacturing environment
- Foster a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring alignment with company values and compliance with labor law
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training and certifications.
- Ensure HR processes and practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or managerial role.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Thailand.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command in English.
