M&A

• Lead investment activities (M&A, Corporate VC fund, Partnerships) of company Group from establishing strategic rationale, to conducting due diligence and post-merger integration 
• Work with Business Unit leaders to identify and assess potential acquisition targets aligned with the Corporate and Business Unit strategy 
• Develop and present detailed investment proposals, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic fit analysis, to the investment committee and stakeholders 
• Support in negotiations, structuring, and execution of transactions
• Program manage post-merger synergy execution.

Strategy 

• Provide strategic guidance and support to the corporate strategy process as well as lead strategic and business planning efforts in line with company Group guidelines 
• Serve as a thought partner and program manager to management team, Business Units and key stakeholders 
• Drive large-scale as well as business performance improvement projects where applicable 
• Work on corporate priorities and co-facilitate any ad hoc requests relevant to the Group Strategy office

Qualification

• Education: Outstanding academic achievement Experience: 10+ years of experience in investing (investment banking, private equity) and strategy. 
• Experience with top-tier management consulting and/or investment banking firms is an advantage. 
• Relevant industry experience is preferred but not required Demonstrated strong leadership and inter-personal skills. 
• Proven track record of stepping in and stepping up.
