Manage overall company Finance & Accounting and IT Departments.

Major Duties Performed :

  • Direct and monitor company's activities in the area of Finance and Central Controlling and IT Operation contributing to both the companys strategic positioning and top-level decision making.
  • Develop and implement plans, policies and procedures for providing the financial resources to conduct and enhance the company's business.
  • Lead and develop the Heads of Financial Accounting & Reporting and Central Controlling in the Company.
  • Define the company's financial policy and its alignment with the Group's current and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the company's cash flows and liquidity, evaluate and monitor the companys financial situation.
  • Oversee the company's closing processes and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports in area of responsibility (FI). Reviewing and evaluating the performance of the company.
  • Ensure the financing and liquidity of the company is in accordance with the Group's guidelines.
  • Optimize the company's fiscal situation in alignment with legal requirements and the Group's policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and Group policies and compliance of financial risk strategies under the guidance of Regional Finance.
  • Work with top management to establish accounting direction and policies focusing on fiscal accountability, cost analysis, and operating efficiencies.
  • Prepare and execute all month-end, year-end accounting and finance reports with accompanying analysis of results that provide effective management guidance.
  • Ensure cash flow is adequate to allow the company to operate effectively.
  • Forecast cash payments and anticipating challenges where relevant.
  • Provide source of funding to obtain sufficient liquidity.
  • Liaise with bankers and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and prepare effective and timely resolution of possible tax issues.
  • Perform analysis of market growth opportunities, business results, revenue pipeline, and forecast.
  • Define performance business metrics & provide insightful analyses of results.
  • Serve as Secretary of various Committees ie Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Audit Committee.
  • Set and maintain ethical and professional standards in accounting and finance practices.

Education and Experience Required :

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting and Finance.CPA would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in English both spoken and written with computer literacy
  • Minimum 10 years professional experiences with at least 5 years at management level.
  • Strong accounting and finance knowledge from international business, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in leading change management processes or implement new initiatives or systems.
