Chief Executive Officer (Digital Asset)

The CEO will be the founding leader of Thailand, responsible for building, launching, and scaling the local entity. This role requires a senior yet very hands-on operator with a strong background in crypto/digital assets, fintech, or financial services. The CEO must balance strategic leadership with execution, working closely with the Global Chairman, Group CEO, and Thai shareholders to deliver regulatory approval, market entry, and rapid adoption. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Strategic Leadership & Market Entry Lead the launch of Thailand as a regulated digital asset exchange under SEC licensing. 
• Define and execute the market entry strategy for B2C retail expansion in Thailand, while aligning with the Groups global institutional strengths. 
• Represent company with regulators (SEC, BOT), banks, and government bodies to ensure full compliance and credibility. Build brand trust and establish organization as a top-tier player in Thailands crypto market. 
• Operations & Execution Be hands-on in day-to-day operations from compliance readiness, product localization, marketing, user acquisition, to banking partnerships. 
• Oversee fiat on/off ramp integration with Thai banks and ensure smooth customer transactions. 
• Drive superior user experience tailored to Thai users while leveraging proven global tech. 
• Establish internal KPIs and ensure business unit achieves trading volume, liquidity, and revenue targets. 
• Business Development & Partnerships Develop and maintain strong relationships with local banks, payment providers, regulators, institutional investors, and ecosystem partners. Identify and secure strategic B2B/B2C partnerships that accelerate adoption and customer trust. 
• Act as the local spokesperson for company in media, conferences, and industry associations.

Qualifications & Requirements 

• 10+ years leadership in crypto exchange, digital assets, fintech, or financial services. 
• Proven experience in launching and scaling regulated financial/crypto businesses in Thailand or Southeast Asia. 
• Strong track record of working with regulators, banks, and institutional partners. 
• Direct knowledge of trading platforms, blockchain/crypto products, and digital asset regulations. 
• Technical / Hands-On Capabilities Deep familiarity with crypto exchange infrastructure, OTC markets, derivatives, liquidity management. 
• Strong grasp of compliance, KYC/AML, and licensing requirements. Hands-on ability to work with teams on product, operations, and customer journey optimization. 
• Data-driven decision maker; comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and direct performance monitoring. 
• Leadership & Personal Attributes Entrepreneurial, hands-on builder not just a strategist. 
• Strong Thai market network in banking, fintech, regulators, and investors.
