Position Overview

The Validation Engineer (EFU) is responsible for executing and supporting equipment and facility validation activities, with a strong focus on temperature-controlled systems. This role ensures compliance with GMP requirements through proper use of validation tools such as Kaye AVS and execution of temperature mapping studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform temperature mapping for equipment and controlled environments (e.g., cold rooms, incubators).
  • Operate and configure Kaye AVS for data logging, calibration, and validation activities.
  • Execute IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for equipment and facilities.
  • Set up thermocouples and data loggers for validation studies.
  • Analyze mapping results and identify temperature variations or deviations.
  • Prepare and review validation protocols and reports.
  • Support troubleshooting of validation and equipment-related issues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GMP and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience in temperature mapping and validation activities.
  • Familiarity with Kaye AVS system is required.
  • Understanding of GMP and validation lifecycle.
  • Good documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
