Position Overview

The Validation Engineer (CSV) supports computer system validation activities, with a focus on DeltaV systems. The role involves protocol development, review, and ensuring systems are compliant with regulatory requirements throughout the validation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review CSV protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for DeltaV systems.
  • Support configuration and validation of DeltaV automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with GAMP 5 and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform risk assessments and system impact assessments.
  • Review system design specifications and functional documents.
  • Coordinate testing activities and resolve validation issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
  • Experience with DeltaV systems (coding/configuration preferred).
  • Knowledge of CSV lifecycle and GAMP 5 guidelines.
  • Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments.
  • Strong documentation and review skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
