Position Overview

The Validation Engineer (Cleaning Validation) is responsible for developing and executing cleaning validation strategies to ensure equipment cleanliness meets regulatory and product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols.
  • Perform sampling (swab/rinse) and analyze results.
  • Establish cleaning limits based on regulatory guidelines.
  • Review cleaning procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare validation reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in cleaning validation within pharma/biotech industry.
  • Knowledge of sampling techniques and analytical methods.
  • Understanding of GMP and regulatory expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
