Trainer must

Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for training new agents
- Will play a crucial role in the overall new hire training process
- Develop and oversee the performance of new agents
- Plan for upcoming organizational needs and implement strategies in a proactive manner
- Work and communicate with other departments to ensure ideas/strategies are effectively executed and that they are done with all areas of the company’s needs in mind
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· At least 5 years of work experience as a trainer in a BPO or Call Center Company
· Bachelor’s degree in any field. Undergraduates are also considered for the role.
Walk-in anytime between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday at 8F Rockwell Business Center Tower 3, Ortigas Avenue Pasig City. Bring 1 copy of resume and valid ID
