Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for training new agents
  • Will play a crucial role in the overall new hire training process
  • Develop and oversee the performance of new agents
  • Plan for upcoming organizational needs and implement strategies in a proactive manner
  • Work and communicate with other departments to ensure ideas/strategies are effectively executed and that they are done with all areas of the company’s needs in mind
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·         At least 5 years of work experience as a trainer in a BPO or Call Center Company

·         Bachelor’s degree in any field. Undergraduates are also considered for the role.
