Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position Responsibilities:
· Responsible for answering clients’ questions over the phone
· Handle escalated customer interactions in a call center with the goal of giving excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensure customer retention, and increase business for our clients
· Work with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and clients
· Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· College Degree or equivalent work experience
· Prior experience in call centers is a plus
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
