Basic Purpose and Scope of the Position Responsibilities

 

·         Responsible for managing and developing team of customer service representatives.

·         Analyze performance results and create/implement improvements plans to meet company

·         goals and objectives

·         Create a work environment that is conducive to long term employment and employee

·         satisfaction

·         Manage voluntary attrition of team through positive encouragement and proactively

·         discussing issues and providing feedback

·         Create unique ways to reward exceptional behavior or employee performance, in addition

·         to the methods used by the company

·         Plan for upcoming organizational needs and implement strategies in a proactive manner

·         Work and communicate with other departments to ensure ideas/strategies are effectively

·         executed and that they are done with all areas of the company’s needs in mind

·         Other duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or equivalent work experience.

·         With at least 5 cumulative years of experience in a call center, with a minimum of 2 years working in a supervisory role.

·         Required Skill: Microsoft Office

·         Required Language: English

·         Must be willing to work at night and in Ortigas, Pasig.

·         Willing to work on graveyard, weekends and holiday shift
