• Governance & Policy Lifecycle Management, understand policy vs standards vs SWI's, Risk Management, Conduct Risks assessment, Control Mapping, Compliance
• Regulatory requirements – NERC, PCI, TSA, SOX, GDPR
• Security Frameworks - NIST CSF, Risk Management, ISO aligned controls

Tools: GRC Tools like ServiceNow, SAP GRC

Soft skills: Proficient in writing technical policies and standards, strong communication to translate and interpret technical security environments

Preferred Skills: Utility OT and IT Industry
