We are currently looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join a cutting-edge team, focusing on developing advanced Media Mixed Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of Media Mixed Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models to drive media and advertising effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and AdSales, to deliver data-driven insights and strategies.
  • Work closely with data analytics and engineering teams to enhance data processing and model efficiency.
  • Utilize your knowledge of OTT (Over-The-Top) and media platforms to optimize marketing strategies and customer targeting.
  • Manage projects across both USA/Canada and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in Ad Tech.
  • Strong understanding of AdSales systems and their operation.
  • Proven experience with Data Analytics and Engineering, including model development and deployment.
  • Deep expertise in Media Mixed Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Familiarity with OTT and media environments is essential.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage resources across multiple geographies (USA/Canada and offshore).
