Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delphi Developer with additional expertise in C# or .NET to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications using Delphi and modernizing applications with C#/.NET as needed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Delphi as the primary programming language.
• Collaborate on projects requiring migration or integration with C# or .NET frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure software scalability and maintainability.
• Work closely with QA, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Delphi development.
• Strong expertise in C# or .NET with proven experience in designing and implementing modern applications.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience migrating legacy Delphi applications to modern frameworks (e.g., .NET).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

What do we offer?

Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000 pesos monthly nominal scheme payment
