Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the development and delivery of innovative advertising technology solutions within the Connected TV (CTV) media advertising industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and an in-depth understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically within CTV. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance our advertising capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management: Lead end-to-end project management for advertising technology initiatives, from conceptualization through implementation and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Agile Methodology: Act as Scrum Master, driving Agile practices across teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and managing the product backlog.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, engineering, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and provide updates on project status and issues to senior management.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and manage the product roadmap, release schedules, and go-to-market strategies.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track project performance, establish KPIs, and report progress to stakeholders and senior leadership, leveraging project management tools to ensure transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on digital advertising technology or media.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum certification is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the CTV advertising ecosystem and familiarity with digital advertising platforms, ad servers, and programmatic solutions.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams within a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with data analytics, audience targeting, and ad performance measurement in the CTV or digital media space.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities and project demands.
