Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from entry-level to 30+ years of expertise.
Work Schedule:
- Acute Rehab Unit Only: Choose between Tuesday-Saturday (five 8-hour shifts) or Wednesday-Saturday (four 10-hour shifts).
- Acute Rehab & Inpatient Units: Split your time 50/50 between the Acute Rehab Unit and Inpatient Units, with the same scheduling options as above.
Shift Differentials:
- Evening Shift (3:00 PM 11:30 PM): +8%
- Night Shift (11:00 PM 7:30 AM): +11%
- No Weekend Differential
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct detailed evaluations to establish a baseline of self-care function, considering medical history, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
- Goal Setting: Develop realistic, measurable treatment goals based on your assessments, tailored to each patients unique condition.
- Therapy Implementation: Design and execute dynamic treatment programs aimed at achieving or exceeding the established outcome goals, ensuring consistency and continuity in patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the State of Idaho (or eligibility to apply before graduation/licensure).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in Acute Care is highly preferred.
