Were seeking an Oncology Account Manager (OAM) to join our team and drive sales success in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming. In this role, you'll develop and maintain key relationships with healthcare providers, from oncologists to pharmacists, to ensure our products reach the patients who need them most. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Achieve sales goals and market share targets in your assigned territory by building and enhancing relationships with key customers, including oncologists, hematologists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as tumor boards, teaching institutions, oncology patient organizations, hospitals, and formulary committees.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and promotional guidelines to ensure ethical and effective promotion of our products.

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Salesforce/Veeva.
  • Flexibility: Availability for occasional nights, weekends, and business travel by air, rail, or automobile as required by territory demands (0% - 60%).
  • Location Requirement: Must reside within the territory (Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming).
  • Compliance: Must be willing to undergo a drug test and post-offer physical (if required). A valid U.S. driver's license, car, and a clean driving record in compliance with company standards are essential.

Education & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for majors in Biological Science and/or Chemistry.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is required, with a preference for 3 years of experience in the Oncology, Immunology, Hematology, or Rare Disease therapeutic markets.
  • Preferred Candidates: Oncology RNs, PAs, NPs, or equivalent with previous pharmaceutical sales experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives, particularly in territories with minimal co-promotion or POD selling environments.
