Department: Transportation / Fleet Operations

Location: Texas, California, Georgia, Illinois, Pennsylvania (any location too)

Reports To: Fleet Manager / Transportation Supervisor

Position Summary

As a Class A CDL Truck Driver, you’ll be the face of our fleet, transporting freight across your region while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service. You’ll operate over‑the‑road routes, maintain detailed logs, and ensure timely delivery to distribution centers and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor‑trailers over local and OTR (over‑the‑road) routes
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections; report and document any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate logbooks (ELD) in compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Plan and follow assigned routes, adjusting for traffic, weather, and delivery windows
• Load and unload freight as needed, ensuring correct weight distribution and securement
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and maintenance teams
• Uphold all company safety policies and DOT regulations at all times

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of a years’ verifiable CDL A experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past year
• Ability to pass physical, drug, and alcohol testing
• Strong time‑management and communication skills
• Willingness to be away from home for multiple days (for OTR assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with refrigerated (reefer) or flatbed operations
• Familiarity with regional lanes in your state of hire
