Sales Manager

- Knowledge of Energy or Gas industry.
- English Communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Team Management: Oversee and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to develop and optimize team capabilities.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Sales Planning and Forecasting: Create and execute sales plans, including setting quotas, establishing sales territories, and forecasting sales performance.
• Sales Team Building: Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to achieve overall company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
