Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Specialist Medical Devices
Location: BKK/ UPC
Salary: up to 55K
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical device products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. You will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our medical devices.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and product utilization.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and compliance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
