Job Brief

Responsibilities

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process
• Creates and implements training and development programs for new and current employees
• Evaluate employee performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Drive and manage various internship programs and recruitment marketing in collaboration with universities
• Design and implement strategies, plans, and procedures that achieve sustainable growth business objectives
• Assist the management team in strategic initiatives as and when required
• Manage and control operational risks and escalate operational incidents to the management team promptly
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees

Requirements

• Experience in human resources, audit, business management, consulting, or a relevant discipline
• Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Proficient in drafting presentations and workflow documents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Complete understanding of HR functions and best practices
• University degree in business administration, or a relevant field
